Delivery to you is by our courier (Couriers Please). Please note that couriers only deliver to physical addresses throughout Australia, no PO Box addresses please. It is your responsibility to know if a courier delivers to your address. If a delivery is returned to us due to the address not being serviced by our couriers, you will be responsible for the cost of the re-delivery through Australia Post. If couriers do not deliver to your address, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange another shipping method.
We dispatch items within 1-3 working days. If your order is urgent we advise you contact us by email and we will accommodate you as best we can.

Delivery within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $9.90 AUD including GST (anywhere in Australia). Your order will be sent via Australia Post or Couriers Please.
Shipping to NZ is at a flat rate of $22.50 AUD including GST.

Refund and Exchange Policy
We believe in the quality and uniqueness of our product and are excited that you share our passion for your knees' needs!
We will gladly refund or exchange your products if you are not happy with your purchase within 7 days of purchase - provided the original packaging and product is still intact.
Exchange transport costs occurring via post or courier are at the customer’s expense.
Please retain your proof of purchase as you will need that to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
